Lunar Rays - picture was taken on March 25, 2005. A thin cirrus cloud passed over the moon, creating a band of bright rays being splashed across the sky.
Moon and Jupiter - picture taken on March 25, 2005. Jupiter came close to the Moon (full moon), in Virgo constellation.
Halo Moon and Jupiter - A thin cover of cirrus clouds moving over moon. The bright full moon reflecting light over the clouds. You can still see the light rays streaking down. Note: Saw the halo full moon on November 26, 2004 for the first time. Now it is the second instance.
Rabbit on the moon - One of the features for Lunar 100 Objects list.
Lunar Ray System - Lunar ray system was very bright. Tycho crater splashed light rays across long distances, South, South-East, South, North-west. Prominent ray systems were - Copernicus, Kepler, Aristarchus, Pytheas (very bright), Riccoli, Olbers, Reiner Gamma, Anaxagoras, Gassendi (ring shaped, appeared bright), Menelaus, Manilius, Proclus, Langrenus, Stevinus, Fernerius.
Tycho Rays - Tycho ray system is prominent in the south, south-east.
My first picture of Jupiter, taken on Friday, March 25, 2005. Jupiter was in Virgo constellation near Spica.

The rising Full Moon appeared to be big. It was some what pale yellow initially, but soom became very bright. Noticed Eastern libration with 'Gauss' being visible.
Jupiter soon came up. It was close to the moon and looked awesome. On March 11th saw 1st day crescent moon and Mercury, know for Full moon (14th / 15th day moon), saw Jupiter close to the moon (soon after the sunset). Quite interesting fortnight.
Jupiter - Jupiter and Moon looked awesome. Jupiter was beautiful with Brown bands clearly visible. Almost symmetrically aligned to Jupiter are 3 stars (or Jupiter's moons?), the farthest star being Spica in Virgo Constellation.
Moon Illusion - Also took pictures of the Moon around 12:50 AM (Saturday, March 26, 2005) at a high position in the sky. The moon appeared to be little smaller than the rising moon. Took the pictures of setting moon around 5:40 AM. The Halo moon appeared big, just like the rising moon. Was able to capture the images of this Moon illusion.
